What is a Formal Quote?
A Formal Quote is how habitatery® provides pricing to member designers. When you place a request for a formal quote, you will receive:

habitatery® Member Price
Stock / Availability
Estimated lead time
Freight cost
Most Formal Quotes are provided within 30 minutes, depending upon the complexity and the order received. If you do not receive a response to your request within 60 minutes, please email quotes@habitatery.com or phone 877-220-4418 to confirm receipt.
If you submit a Formal Quote at least one hour prior to closing business day, we will make every effort to return your Formal Quote to you that day. If it is not possible to return your request the same day, you will receive your member pricing the following morning in the order in which we received it the prior evening.
We will make every effort to adjust our process for those needing an immediate Formal Quote. Please inform us of the urgency under the Notes section of your request.
